MUSA Underwater Museum & Reef Snorkeling in Cancun
You’re welcome to join friends that are diving with us and experience two of the most beautiful snorkeling locations in the Mexican Caribbean in one unforgettable tour. Our Cancun snorkeling adventure combines the world-famous MUSA Underwater Museum with the vibrant coral reefs of Manchones Grande, Manchones Chico, and Jardines, located in the crystal-clear waters between Cancun and Isla Mujeres.
Your first stop is MUSA, the Underwater Museum of Art, an incredible marine conservation project featuring more than 500 submerged sculptures designed to create new coral habitats and artificial reefs. Over the years, these sculptures have become covered with marine life, transforming the area into a surreal underwater gallery surrounded by tropical fish and coral growth.
After exploring MUSA, we continue to the shallow reefs of Manchones and Jardines, where calm waters and depths of less than 10 meters (33 feet) create ideal conditions for snorkeling. These reefs are full of colorful Caribbean fish, sea turtles, stingrays, lobsters, octopuses, coral formations, and many other marine species that thrive in the warm turquoise waters of Cancun.
Throughout the experience, you will be accompanied by a certified snorkeling guide who will assist you in the water, help you feel comfortable, and safely guide you through the reefs and underwater museum. Whether it’s your first time snorkeling or you already have experience, our team is there to ensure a safe, relaxed, and enjoyable adventure while helping you discover the best marine life and underwater spots Cancun has to offeThanks to the shallow depths, excellent visibility, and generally mild currents year-round, these snorkeling spots are perfect for beginners, families, couples, and anyone looking for a relaxed but unforgettable marine life experience in Cancun

Dove with a few different shops over the years and this 1 although small was really accommodating and even shared pictures and videos of our dives. The days went excellent no issues with gear or anything. It was everything you hope for from a dive shop and more.Posted on Matthew BloomTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We had a great time with Victoria and Daniel. They were so kind, generous and were fabulous dive guides. We did MUSA, reefs and a great wreck. We ran into a little sea sickness with one of our group and Daniel was incredibly helpful and comforting. We will definitive with Seatizen when we return to Cancún.Posted on Keira GovindenTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. An amazing experience with Daniel! I am a relatively new diver and he made the experience so memorable and gave a great refresher course to go over the skills covered on the open water dive. He also helped me to equalise my ears which I usually have issues with but was able to successfully do two dives with no issues. I was able to see an amazing array of sea life including turtles, stingrays, moray eel, pufferfish etc… This has been my best dive to date and I am vey grateful to Daniel for this wonderful experience! I would highly recommend Daniel and the company to any divers and especially new divers as myself as they explained things very well and were all very kind and helpful.Posted on Lisa ThompsonTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Would recommend for anyone looking to dive in Cancún!Posted on Adrian MoralesTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I had an amazing experience with Seatizen Divers in Cancún. From the first WhatsApp contact, Victoria was organized and detailed, making sure everything was smooth. I was running late and informed them, and they were incredibly understanding, helping me stay calm and get there as soon as I could. I dove at the C-58 shipwreck and Punta Cancún reef. In March, we saw plenty of eagle rays, which made it spectacular. Daniel was calm, kind, and knowledgeable, making the dive even better. He took fantastic photos that I purchased, memories I’ll treasure forever. I can’t recommend Seatizen Divers enough. Posted on Tony ChanTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. My wife and I love scuba diving. We happened to be in Cancun for a one week family event but decided to skip out during a few mornings to dive Cancun. I did my research on all the highly rated scuba diving shops by visiting their websites and then sending them direct e-mails. I was impressed by the responsiveness from Seatizen Divers and I quickly made our decision to go with them. I ended up corresponding with Victoria. Cancun was experiencing high winds when we arrived which forced the closure of the harbour (ie. no diving) for several of the days that we had planned to dive. Victoria was able to make alternate plans that suited our schedule. The diving experience was very good. Victoria ended up being our divemaster for the 3 days that we dove. We were well looked after. Briefings were short but to the point. The equipment was in good shape. I had forgotten a piece of camera equipment at home and when I e-mailed Victoria the day before we were to dive, she was able to find the forgotten piece and lent it to me for the duration of our time diving. In the water, she was very observant to point out many different highlights which I appreciated as a amateur underwater photographer. The WWII wreck (C-58) gave us a magical experience watching and recording over 10 eagle rays swimming around us on the wreck! It was so good that we had to do the same dive twice. The shallower reef dives were a bit challenging as strong currents made it very difficult to anchor yourself to take any photos as you were constantly buffeted around. This is something that no dive shop can control. My wife has some challenges exiting the water with her gear but Victoria was gracious to help her remove her gear in the water prior to climbing the ladder into the boat. A nice touch and greatly appreciated by my wife! Without hesitation, if you are interested in diving in Cancun, Seatizen Divers can meet your needs. You will receive genuine professional service, smaller dive groups, uncrowded dive sites and you will leave believing that you have a great friend that you will want to revisit.
