To secure your reservation, a 50% deposit is required in advance.
This deposit is refundable only if you cancel at least 48 hours before our scheduled meeting, or if we must cancel due to adverse weather conditions resulting in the authorities suspending water activities in Cancún.

The remaining balance must be paid before the date of your dives, either directly on our website or through Wise, Venmo, or Zelle.
Please note that a 5% commission fee applies to payments made via Wise, Venmo, or Zelle.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

From Your Part

• Full refund of the payment or deposit for cancellations made more than 48 hours (2 days) before the activity.

• For cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled meeting, the deposit is non-refundable, including in cases of illness or unforeseen circumstances.

• For cancellations made less than 24 hours before the dives or on the same day, no payment is refundable (neither deposit nor balance).

From Seatizen Divers

• We will cancel and fully refund your payment only in the event of bad weather conditions and if water activities are officially suspended by the competent authorities in Cancún.

• Weather-related cancellations are strictly based on official authority decisions, not on our own criteria.

Liability Release and Risk Acknowledgment

By booking any activity through our website, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of our Liability Release and Risk Acknowledgment Agreement. Scuba diving and other water-based activities inherently carry certain risks, including, but not limited to, the risks of injury, illness, or death. By confirming your booking, you accept full responsibility for your participation and agree to release SEATIZEN DIVERS, its instructors, staff, and affiliates from any liability for accidents, injuries, or damages that may occur during your activity.
