Refund & Cancellation Policy:

To secure your reservation, a 50% deposit is required in advance. This deposit is refundable only if you cancel at least 48 hours prior to our scheduled meeting or in the event of adverse weather conditions leading to a cancellation on our end.

The remaining balance can be settled in cash, either in US Dollars or Mexican Pesos. Please be aware that a 5% commission fee will be applied for payments made using Zelle, Venmo, bank transfer, or credit card.

Refund & Cancellation Policy:

From Seatizen Divers: We will cancel and refund only in case of bad weather conditions and if the water activities are suspended by the competent authorities in Cancun, which is not depending on us.

From Your Part: We accept cancellations up to 48 hours before the day of your booking. Please note that we do not refund deposits for cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled meeting, even in the event of illness or other unforeseen circumstances.

Liability Release and Risk Acknowledgment

By booking any activity through our website, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of our Liability Release and Risk Acknowledgment Agreement. Scuba diving and other water-based activities inherently carry certain risks, including, but not limited to, the risks of injury, illness, or death. By confirming your booking, you accept full responsibility for your participation and agree to release SEATIZEN DIVERS, its instructors, staff, and affiliates from any liability for accidents, injuries, or damages that may occur during your activity.
